ACCOMMODATION
Some of our clients - especially those sponsored by their
company or government - choose to stay in local hotels or
apartments. These especially suit people who prefer to be
independent, or are perhaps staying in London with their family.
Most SJW students choose the friendliness and economy of
HOMESTAY with a local British host family. SJW homestays are
all inspected, approved and allocated by us. They are located
in the north west area of Inner London - Travel Zones two
or three - and the total journey time to school varies from
about 2 minutes to about 40 minutes. SJW School is located
in Travel Zone 2 . SJW hosts are mainly middle-aged couples,
though some are retired, single or widowed, and some are younger,
professional people. Homestay can be allocated to match the
student's dietary, religious or other needs. Our host families
are not teachers, but are talkative, amiable people, and we
feel that the homestay experience can be an important and
positive part of the student's stay in London.
There are four homestay options - A, B, C, D:
A. Single room, with breakfast and evening meal
B. Shared room, with breakfast and evening meal
C. Single room, with breakfast only
D. Shared room, with breakfast only
